The novice and varsity section of HI, DI, and DUO will be collapsed.  There will be no double-entering within foreign and national extemp. Period. It slows the tournament down. - Policy novice topic and all restrictions set forth by the NSDA will be observed.

- All other rules and restrictions as set forth by the NDSA and UDCA will be observed.

- LD and Public Forum will use the December topic.
